I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and super clean, and the bed felt amazing after a long day of exploring. The location is a total win; it's right next to a huge mall with plenty of places to eat and shop. Breakfast was surprisingly good, offering tasty healthy options I didn't expect. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful-shoutout to Fausto and Priscila for making my stay even better!

On the downside, my room faced the main street, so there was some traffic noise. I had requested a quiet room, and it was a bit louder than I'd hoped. the corridors were super dark, which made it a little tricky to navigate sometimes. Just a couple of minor hiccups in an otherwise great experience!

The staff were AMICABLE and exceptionally attentive all the time. The room was attractive with smoke detectors for safety measures. Private bathrooms, that included bidet, were cleaned daily.

I had a wonderful stay at Gran Vivenzo Cidade Nova. The highlight of my vacays was the delicious breakfast. The range of options available, including the fruit bar and local specialties, left me fully satisfied. The kitchen staff were attentive. the hotel's proximity to a shopping center and the airport made it a convenient location.

The noise level was unbearable. The walls were not soundproofed, so I could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and the main road outside.

Had a great thanksgiving weekend! Loved the free breakfast and gym access. the hotel was located right by a big mall with lots of food options and shopping. the pool was a nice bonus, especially since it wasn't crowded at all.

The pool area was a bit slippery and didn't feel too safe for kids to play around. We had to keep a close eye on them to make sure they didn't slip and hurt themselves.
